It is unbelievable to think that 2011 is almost behind us. With very little days remaining, this time of year always prompts one to look back on the previous twelve months. Saying this, we at Birchwood feel satisfied with 2011 and how it turned out. In these current harsh financial times, we have managed to run at occupancy rates that given the circumstances, are positive and give us confidence that 2012 will only improve them.
In light of the above, we thank each and every delegate that walked through our doors for staying with us and it is your loyalty that keeps this ship very much, on top of the water. Birchwood continually strives to add that personal touch and flexibility unheard of at other venues and we hope that you feel that you were treated with that "Birchwood Attitude" that you deserve. Naturally, all the efforts can always be improved and it is your feedback that assists in keeping us on our toes. Our clients' feedback is invaluable.
