It has been a busy few months onsite but hard work is always validated by progress and results. We have just completed the latest upgrades to our Domestic Centre, situated just behind our main reception, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Our Domestic Centre is one of the busier areas at the hotel, largely because it is home to four new facilities named after South Africa’s airports – King Shaka (320 delegates), Cape Town International (175 delegates), Rand Boardroom (12 delegates), as well as Wonderboom, Grand Central, Waterkloof, Lanseria and Virginia (each catering to 40 delegates). It is also conveniently situated close to our accommodation offerings and to Cloversgreen Restaurant, our dedicated conferencing breakfast and lunch venue.
We opened the doors on Spring Day and have already hosted many meetings and conferences in these venues since then. The Domestic Centre now embodies a sleek, sophisticated look that incorporates modern trends such as clean lines, a splash of pattern and a blend of different textures. The positive feedback has been overwhelming and, if you haven’t seen it yet, we invite you to pop in and chat to us about your next meeting, training activity or conference!
