Conference delegates can be accommodated overnight, Birchwood offers 665 hotel rooms varying in size, style and star-rating. We have three accommodation options; Birchwood, Silverbirch and ValuStay.
Birchwood, located ideally near conferencing venues on the property, these 336 accommodation rooms are set aside for larger groups utilizing our varied meeting rooms.
Silverbirch, built with the modern business traveller in mind, offers 235 modern rooms conveniently situated in a secluded and separate section with its own, secure entrance.
ValuStay, 94 accommodation rooms that provide more than you’d expect from accommodation rooms at that price. Your expectations are exceeded, but your budget is not.
Our venues have been created with all-conference types in mind. We have U-Shape, Double U-Shape, Classroom, Cinema and Round Table setups available. Our venues can accommodate any number between 2 to 3000 delegates with ease, in well-equipped, professional and sophisticated surroundings. Therefore, whether you are hosting a small meeting, large-scale seminar or something in between, we have the venue for you.

If a smaller, more formal environment is what you require, then Petit Centre is perfect. There are well appointed boardrooms conveniently located for our Silverbirch guests. Petit Centre suits formal meetings where our staff can provide personal attention. Petit Centre consists of the following venues:
Overlooking manicured lawns lined with Birch trees, Le Grande Centre boasts several banqueting, conferencing and breakaway venues. Le Grande was recently refurbished with beautiful wallpapers, modern lighting and classical furniture.

Atrium Centre caters for Birchwood guests with a large and varied mix of conferencing, banqueting, boardrooms and breakaway venues.
Domestic Centre is conveniently positioned near Main Reception, close to accommodation rooms and Cloversgreen Restaurant (our breakfast and lunch venue for delegates). The centre’s venues are proudly named after South Africa’s local airports offering a variety for conferencing and meetings facilities in the heart of Birchwood’s picturesque grounds.
International Centre is directly outside Main Reception, easily accessible for large groups from Birchwood Hotel accommodation rooms and the carpark. Conveniently close to Cloversgreen breakfast and lunch venue. International Centre is well configured with both large and smaller, more intimate venues.
Birchwood’s largest formal conferencing facility, and one of our most popular since it consists of a large foyer and can be adapted easily, whether it be for a banquet or a conference. There is an acoustic door divider splitting the room into equal halves – very popular for those hosting a Confex as exhibitors can be located in close proximity to the conference.
This is a semi-permanent structure designed for very large conferencing groups or banqueting and is by far the largest venue on our property. This venue has its very own parking area outside the venue, making it a popular choice for large conferences or exhibitions. Work together with our team of in-house event and décor planners as well as our experienced audio-visual team to make this venue your own!
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the larger venues are two conference rooms, Wellington and Seapoint, set in the exclusive Silverbirch precinct. At maximum capacity these venues cater for small, intimate functions; ideal for more discerning groups of 40 and less.
