Known for its quality approach on fine dining and based on the concept of an old-fashioned butcher-style grill house, the Local Grill offers grain fed Chalmar beef and healthier Greenfield free-range beef from the Midlands. All beef is aged on the premises and diners are informed of the length of the ageing process. Upon request the beef is cut to order, seasoned and perfectly grilled. |
