My appreciation of the exemplary service I received in organizing and hosting of the Wahlima of Yousuf and Sumayya at Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre cannot be overstated. Your friendliness, knowledge and know how made the day a success. The professionalism from the initial planning, organising of the meal tasting and subsequent function itself must be complimented. On our side it was a hassle free function.
A special thank you to Fatima, her mum and all the staff in the kitchen for the sumptuous meal prepared. We had many a positive feedback from guest to compliment food that was served on the day. We would also like to thank all the Unlimited Events Décor (Pty) Ltd for the table arrangements and thank you to all the staff at Birchwood.
Thank you again for your exemplary, professional service. I will be certain to recommend your Hotel to my family and friends for hosting events.

All the staff was friendly and helpful, room was perfectly set out and professional and the food was incredible.

Well, 100% to all of you for a job well done. My twin sons have been doing long distance running for the past three years. They have taken part in all the 5km fun runs that there are in the Gauteng area and you guys, for a first time run did a fantastic job. All your facilities were fantastic, parking great, registration area, brilliant, I particularly liked the idea of a map of the route - this I have not seen at any of the races so well marked, marshals fantasitc, water points great and my boys commented on your idea of marking the route with signs to tell the runners how far they have run. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Birchwood all the best for the many races that I hope you will be hosting in the future. We as a family hope you can turn this event into a yearly event that grows in leaps and bounds. WELL DONE!

Hi Guys

I just wanted to say a huge big thank you for last night. We have had such great feedback about the venue, and food. Please tell your chef(s) that they did an OUTSTANDING job. I’ve just had one lady in my office who says that in her 20 years of working and countless functions, she has never had such good food at a cocktail party.

And even though things started off a little slowly, it all came together. Thank you for your attentive staff and their ability to sort out the mini crises!

Your team did a great job. Please thank them for me.

Everything on our wedding day was amazing, I cannot find any fault with the service at all, and you guys truly make a stunning team.
