Remember the bottled water, sitting down for long hours without hydrating can have a negative effect on your health. Drink lots of water from time to time. Make regular pit stops and be on the lookout for cafes and restaurants that are serving healthy choices.

At the Hotel

·     When choosing to stay at a Johannesburg hotel airport, choose one that offers a fitness center. Or you could bring your own set of equipment if you’re not happy with the equipment available. Dumbbells and resistance bands fit in most bags. It’s a good idea to bring an exercise program with you, Taebo or Zumba are great choices. One can always jog around the area and you can incorporate exercises such as jumping jacks and squats. Early-morning stretches or stomach crunches before heading out for the day can also be incorporated.
