The Jazz Evening is like no other, featuring only the most talented SA artists accompanied by comedy, it’s an event that leaves many shouting “we want more!” This month’s Jazz evening is themed Gospel according to Jazz. Easter is more than a holiday; it’s a celebration of the life of Christ and the selfless sacrifice he made for us. This year, the Birchwood Hotel getting is the spirit of Easter offering a unique and special Jazz evening.

The event will be full of entertainment, award-winning veteran Tshepo Tshola is no stranger to the stage. Known for his electric talent, Tshola has graced a number of world stages. Over the years, this talented artist has collaborated with the likes of Thandiswa Mazwai including various artists who have played a significant role in our music industry. Supporting acts include the multi-talented Thembisile Ntaka who has successfully made her mark in the music industry; her larger than life voice simply makes her beautiful.

Opening act Sicelo Moya is an incredibly talented musician who is still relatively new in the industry. Isaac Gampu will be setting the stage with laughter as he brings his comedic talents adding comedy and fun. With a “Gospel according to Jazz” evening, guests can look forward to real entertainment, fine dining and quality service. The event will take place on the 11th of April starting at 20h00 and accommodation is R750 per 2 persons sharing including breakfast.
